Chihiro served as one of six panelists at a seminar entitled “An Encouragement of Studying/Working Abroad” at the 64th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists, held at Tohoku University in Sendai. It was interesting to listen to how others thrived in different settings and how they reflect on their experiences of living and working abroad. It was also a good opportunity to look back on career development.
